Provider Portal and Availability Pricing

An independent guesthouse or a single tour guide often runs the business from a notebook and a paper calendar. The Provider Portal and Availability Pricing concept is designed to give every host and operator the same tools a larger business would have: a home for listings and onboarding, a queue of bookings to confirm, and a calendar that controls what travelers can book and at what price.

The portal illustration opens with an Add listing button and four headline cards for listings, bookings this month, revenue and average rating, each with its change against last month. A Providers table lists the businesses under the account, such as a hotel operator, a tour operator, an event organizer and an activity provider, with type, an Active or Pending review status, listing count, joined date and view and more actions, filterable by status. A banner invites the provider to complete verification and business details to improve trust and visibility. On the right, a Booking queue shows upcoming requests with a photo, price, dates, guest or ticket count and a Pending tag, with a link to all bookings.

The availability illustration focuses on one stay. A month calendar marks each day as available at the base rate, seasonal at a higher rate, booked or blocked, with a legend, month navigation and a Today button. A settings panel alongside sets the base nightly rate and a weekend rate with steppers, a minimum stay, maximum guests and blackout dates, plus a Listing active toggle that closes inventory without deleting the listing and a confirmation that the listing is visible to travelers. A tip suggests using seasonal pricing for high-demand periods, and Save Changes applies everything.
