As a host, can GGNomad tell me what to charge for a particular weekend and why?

In GGNomad[1], provider analytics are live today, while the interactive AI Pricing Copilot is designed and on the product roadmap (outlined on the AI Host Pricing Copilot use-case page[2]). Today, hosts can manually configure base nightly rates and weekend pricing directly in the Provider Portal and Availability Pricing[3] calendar.

As detailed in the Host Analytics and Pricing Copilot concept[4], the copilot is designed to recommend a specific nightly rate for a given date range or weekend and clearly display the evidence behind its recommendation. Rather than relying on guesswork, it evaluates:

• Capacity utilization: Recent booking levels relative to listing capacity.
• Cancellation trends: How often reservations are cancelled.
• Market benchmarks: Median rates for comparable stays across the destination.

The copilot is strictly advisory: it never automatically reprices inventory. Recommendations appear as decision cards that you can accept or dismiss. Accepting a suggested rate routes the change through the standard listing update mutation and logs the action on an audit trail.
