AI never gets more access than you have
The assistant and any outside AI client act as you, so they see and change exactly what your role allows. There is no AI allow-list to keep up and no separate AI login.
Your workspace stays your workspace
Every read and write is fenced to your workspace, and the database enforces the same fence underneath. Host analytics uses only listings you own, never another host’s.
Every AI answer is counted
A turn is checked against your allowance before it runs and reported after it finishes, so AI cost lands in the same usage view as everything else you use.
Two records, with guest details removed
Listing checks and booking changes go on an unchangeable trail with who, what and why. A second record covers every change, with guest names, emails and phones removed.
Secrets never show up in an answer
Passwords, tokens and API keys are stripped from the assistant’s replies before you see them — belt and braces, since it should not be handling them at all.
Telling AI changes apart from yours
The open hole. Because the assistant acts as you, the trail records you — so we cannot yet show an AI-versus-manual split, a per-answer cost or a quality score.
Models
GGNomad does not pick or resell a model. Answers run on the platform’s shared AI service; whichever model answered is recorded on your usage, but it is not selectable and bring-your-own-key is not available. We publish no accuracy or cost figures.
